Axis Bank has allotted 1,08,301 equity shares under ESOP on 30 September 2025. The paid-up share capital of the Bank has accordingly increased from Rs. 6,205,541,460 (3,102,770,730 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 6,205,758,062 (3,102,879,031 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
