Consequent to this allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 1,360,314,755 (consisting of 272,062,951 equity shares of Rs. 5 each) to Rs. 1,360,993,990 (consisting of 272,198,798 equity shares of Rs. 5 each)
