RBL Bank has allotted 69,315 equity shares under ESOP on 12 February 2025. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Bank has increased from 60,77,88,594 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 607,78,85,940 to 60,78,57,909 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 607,85,79,090.
