Apollo Pipes has further acquired 0.50% stake in Kisan Mouldings, subsidiary of the company from secondary market purchase for a consideration of Rs 2.88 crore on 14 February 2025. The company has increased its holdings from 55.08% to 55.58% in Kisan Mouldings.
