Shakti Pumps (India) has invested Rs 4 crore in its wholly owned subsidiary, Shakti EV Mobility by subscribing to 40,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10. The consolidated investment is Rs. 39 crore after subscribing aforesaid equity shares.
